1. Acceptance

By accessing or using TrackerVerse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post reviews that are false, defamatory, harassing, or hateful
• Spam, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to facilitate copyright infringement or illegal activity
• Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts

5. Content & Licensing

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, comments, messages, profile data). By submitting, you grant TrackerVerse a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

You confirm you have the right to submit any content you post, and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

6. Tracker Listings

TrackerVerse is a directory and analytics platform. We do not host, distribute, or endorse any content. Tracker operators are responsible for their own compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Listings are user-submitted and reviewed by our moderation team, but we do not guarantee accuracy.

7. Premium Subscriptions

Premium tiers (when available) are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds within 14 days of purchase are available for unused periods.

Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice. Continuing subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are harming the Service or community. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKERVERSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
